Good..I hope it keeps on going down....sooner or later food prices and whatever should follow cause right now its not. Lets just hope next spring they don't jack them back up very much than the usual small increases.

You're suppose to be about happy now.

I have a sneaking feeling...starting turn of the year...'09...we're going to see prices start climbing again. When the news sinks in of no more of the US trying to help itself with oil...and the prospectors start jacking prices...domino effect all over again.
Enjoy it while you can, I think I'll fill up the boat tanks soon...so my first spring trip will be paid for.

Seconded. All my co-workers were going on about the falling prices and glared at me when I pointed out the obvious
Paid $1.61/gallon just a little bit ago. A fillup for my wife's car that would have cost me $55 in August just cost me a little over $22 today.

$1.59 and dropping here in the Motor City...won't last long, we all know that! Hoping for reasonable people to run EXXON and tap into Canadian resources...North America's little secret resource!

You're posting in black text again, makes it a pain to read in the dark theme!

1.87 at Costco yesterday, while our local gas Mafia aka Renner who sells gas to all other stations in our area with the exception of one Indian Casino, were hovering at $2.39-2.35.

There is no discussion to be had on this topic, other than "whoa boy, gas is $x.xx here! Amazing!", followed in a few months by, "it's gone up so much!"
Other topics have plenty of fertile ground, but this one keeps going and going and going.
