Today I got the 2COOLPC Plus case fan and boy its great. With just my triple heatsink and crappy radio shack silicon compound my temps were as follows:
Idle-92
Average-94-96
Full Load-103-107
With the 2COOLPC Plus they are now:
Idle-78-80
Average-82-84
Full Load-89-91
I also have a 32cfm 80mm fan under my v3 3000 blown on it as well as a pI fan rubberbanded to my V3 hs.
Next Im getting:
Artic Silver
(2) 80mm 60 Cfm each fans. One to blow air from the front, and one to act as an exhaust.
(1)120mmx120mmx38mm-2800RPM-4-pin-45dbA-131CFM. With this Im gunna got it modded to my case to blown directly on the Athlon.
My near future plans are to paint my case black, with 2 tone blue flames, and get a plexi glass window. I also plan to get a GFD to make my comp about 950-1045mhz from the current 825. Right now I have it at 7.5x110. I bought it at 7.5x100.2. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I could do to cool my case, without alot of work or using peltiers or water cooling?

Hmm your computer is gonna sound like an F-14 on full afterburners after you put in all those fans. You're not at all annoyed at a constant high pitched whirling noise? I personally am, thats why I got watercooling and i'm running my fans at 5V instead of 12.
I would recommend you get 92mm fans instead of 80 cuz they're bigger which means they're more efficent which means less noise for the same amount of CFM.

Yeah, just leave the case cover off. You really dont need to get all that crap. A good CPU Fan/HS and compound is all you need. What kinda CPU are you runin and what is it overclocked to. You dont need all that crap unless its oc'd like 400 or 500Mhz. I have my Cel2 oc'd like 400Mhz and I dont even have any of that crap on mine. IMO its a waste of money which could probably be better spent somewhere else.

Naw itz easy to change 80mm to 92mm, just use sheet metal cutters, the metal is very soft 'n easy to cut. I changed all my intake/exhaste holes to 92mm 'n made a 120mm hole above my PS.
Running your case open is NOT a good idea cuz your Mobo and other parts of the comp that doesn't have active cooling on it will overheat and also, leaving the case open will make it even MORE loud.
I stil highly recommend watercooling tho, its totally silent, and it cools wayyyyy better. I've been using 1 for about a month now, I can't believe i didn't use it til now.

Not true, the only downside is it gets dusty which requires cleaning every couple weeks or so with duster spray which should be done periodicly anyways even if the case is on. Think about it, most cases act as a blanket trapping heat in. The idea where the air is circulated from front to back is not gonna happen well enough in most cases.
My PC is less stable if the case is on. Reason is heat.
Leave the case off and try it out.

WaterCooling is completely save if you use common sense. Test out the equipment for leaks FIRST then put them into your computer, thats it. You can also get stuff to add to the water to make it non conductive if you're paranoid bout it.
Well the point is if you CIRCULATE the air in your case then everything will get cooled. Even check out hardcore overclocking sites 'n you'll see they all use modified cases with extra fans in them instead of running open case. My mobo overheats to >45C if I leave my case off, with case on its around 36-40C.
