by the way thanks 4 replying you help many people
your a good man,
anyway if theres a way to make my upload higher pls tell me
bcoz it affect me, when im in smartbro my connection is 380+DL / 340+UL is doesn't lower there, and my latency in playing counter strike is not going above 100
but now i have higher download but lower upload my latency in counter strike makes it higher, thats why i think it effect me with low upload ^_^
anyway if you figure it out what to do pls tell me,
