I love them! Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and bake in the oven. A delicious part of my Thanksgiving spread. :thumb:

My wifes papa made me sweet potato chips two years back when visiting in the Philippines. Once the chips were dried out a bit after cooking, he placed them in a bag, poured honey in there and shook...Man were they good.

Been hooked on them for a couple of years now...good stuff. I don't do too much to them seasoning wise...I love sweet taters....so don't wanna hide the taste.

I had sweet roast potatoes last night..I love sweet potatoes. Even better they are high in fiber..way better for you that the white ones. I'm on a high fiber diet..lost 10 lbs.
