Go to (I believe) the next screen after that one and set the first boot device to SATA3.
I don't know the same things you don't know.

Make a pic of that screen, there should be a place to select which hard drive.

What he said. I don't have SATA but my BIOS lists HDD0, HDD1, and what ever else is detected as options for the first boot device.

Hard disk boot priority is where you should be able to select which drive is first.

Then I would go downa nd make cd rom boot first then hdd.

Duz,

The 2nd line, Hard Disk Boot Priority, is where you enable your WD SATA drive as the bootable drive...
Also go down a couple of lines to:
First Boot Device, click enter and use the arrow keys to highlight your SATA hdd (or your CD Rom as Yardy said) and enter to have it boot first.
You can then go to next item, Second Boot Device and click enter and set your HDD to boot 2nd, if you follow Yardy's post.
I would disable:
Third boot device, and boot other device and boot up floppy seek....

Me personally, I only want my hdd to boot and don't mind returning to this screen in BIOS to set my CD as bootable if/when I want to reformat... I only like my HDD being bootable.

 I just find my system boots much faster configured this way.
