does any1 have any tips and tricks on saving RAM and freeing some RAM up
i only have 128mb and am using most of it

If your runnign anything like office on your system on start up, disable that, it eats up atleast 5% of your system resources right there.

msconfig

everything except for your firewall, systemtray, and that registry scan.

antivirus is optional. set swap file to 300megs and use a high quality defrag program to push it to the front. You'll never realize how little ram you have then.

I have used the software cachman for mine and I always have free ram. Plus add conservativeswapfileusage=1 to your systen infile under 386enh and LocalLoadhigh=0. Do this in your sysedit file. Plus use the old cachman 3.8 Not the new one. If you want it and can not find it. let me know I have it. It works great for me.
