Then why would you BUY it? Trust me, I speak from experience, it's not worth it to have an uber system if it puts you in the poor house.

I know ,it was more meant like a little joke ,..sorry for that. :(

And think you're right Burke , it's not worth it at all .
Would have never done it when i wouldn't have some spare , still have two children to feed wich are far more important than anything else. :thumb:

Could also get the quad core x3220 that will run nicely in that motherboard...not sure about the quad cores availability at the retailers in the netherlands though.

Thanks Loop2kill,

Yes i did some research before deciding on the hardware,
I wanted a pretty fast ,and very quiet system .(because it's in my living room)
Especially the noise level of components ,will cost you alot of time to look into.
But at some point you don't see the forest through the trees anymore.... :D
I started of with the Q6600 CPU , but at the end decided to go for Duo Core,
because of it's higher FSB ,and most games still don't use Quad core anyway.
If you look at gaming benchmarks , Duo Core still is the best choice at the mo i think.
Could always have a processor upgrade in future ...... :)
