Parity Check 2 ?

Post by sandralynn4 »

Hi.... My friend has a problem with his computer and I'm wondering if anyone can help. He goes to start it up and it goes to a black screen and all it says is " Parity Check 2 " . It freezes and won't do anything after that and he has to manually re-start it. I'm wondering if this is a virus? Thanks!

Sounds like a memory issue...try reseating the memory modules in the computer...
