"dateline:12/04/07 ,unarmed man tased by local forum police today for no apparent reason other than posting too many threads about tasing .forum police dept spokesperson Downhill is quoted saying that officer Ken and Officer Philip were seen tasing unarmed man in Kia Sephia late tuesday morning in a seemingly unprovoked,,,,,,, "
