yeah most pre builts have CD's with drivers on them that you need to install.YeOldeStonecat wrote:Do you have and resource/driver/support CDs from the manufacturer?
you can also find the drivers for the machines by going to the site of the builder like Dell.com or HP's site and search for drivers by machine serial or model # etc..
