Can someone tell me what a Letter of Information is? For the background packet, it states that I need a Letter of Information Regarding: Intent and interest in the position applying for. It has 2 more that are slightly different.

What exactly is a Letter of Information??

Like Brent, couldn't really find anything. However it sounds like they just want to know why you want to work there.
