If EA or Crytek makes people rent over used boxes from providers it will really be one of the most stupid moves ever for the game builders and a big blow off to people such as myself that have already purchased a custom built machine way more powerful than these cheap dual core CPU's and so on to run this game in full mutiplayer game play.

A good reason why you wait for the game to come out before building a server for it.

No it doesnt, if your a group or clan then your already together, jsut make an unranked server and enjoy.

very true... BF2 killed this..unranked servers are only good for matches or custom maps and even then they are hardly used.
but it seems this is true..and we are screwed with Crysis as well. I guess maybe they might allow anyone to ask to be a ranked server runner.. shall wait and see.
UPDATE!!!! And I'm happy to post that anything of how a play advances will be within that game being played at that time. So with that it would appear all servers will be the same so no Ranked and UnRanked junk and everything is done on that single Server!!
