Server benchmarks

So I'm putting together a server to run VMWare. I'm trying to find some reliable benchmarks on the dual & quad core Xeons.

I'd like to go dual quad core processors on this, but obviously I need to be able to make a case for it. Same goes for 1333 vs 1066 FSB.

Any places to look? THG doesn't have much with Xeons and I didn't see anything on AnandTech either (maybe I missed it).

I'll check that out.

I guess I really should be looking at the Opterons as well.
