Hardware CPU Question

Intel® Core™2 Duo mobile processor

I have a Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 1.6 2M L2 667MHZ Core Laptop
and a
AMD Athlon 64 3200

I was wondering which machine is quicker if compared? Processor only naturally.

C2D and it isn't even close.
