How To Backup Favourites Folder?

Whats up,

I'm gonna reformat my HD, but I have a ton of websites on in my IE (Favourites Folder).

Where can I find the file that has all my favourite websites? Or whats the easiest way to save favourite websites? Reply appreciated, thanks.

Should be in C:\Documents and Settings\*Username*\Favorites. Just copy the whole folder somewhere.
