Emergency call while I'm cooking lambchops over here....had to jump online and bounce a clients server...luckily not too many wines down yet.
Thick cut lamb chops, marinaded in fresh squeezed lemon juice, fine chopped gaaaahlic, chopped fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper. Heat skillet on high..toss in olive oil, fresh rosemary sprigs, brown both sides of chops..toss in oven.
Irish smashed taters, and fresh asparagusgusgus.

I like rosemary with my lamb as well, mint sauce is overated.
Another good sauce to toss them in, is fresh rosemary, shallots, red wine and baslamic vinegar, yum yum.
