Is the "SG TCP/IP Analyzer" page down? I'm not able to get the page to load. just wanting to know if its down or not

No, the page is not down. Most probably you have some software like PeerGuardian that is blocking access to the IP address of the SG TCP/IP Analyzer.

You have to allow the following:

Beyond The Network America, Inc. IP address 63.217.30.70 - 63.217.30.71

Nope, it worked before, went to try it today and it does not work..... I do not have no peerguardian installed....like i said it worked before and now it does not work

DiffServ (RFC 2474) = AF22 010100 (20) - Assured Forwarding class 2, medium drop precedence (RFC 2597).

Cannot tell just from these test results. Need to know your location (country) and your ISP given speeds.

Yes, your test results are according to the custom settings I suggested in the earlier post. How is your tested speed?

Looks good to me
