New Connection, New cablenut settings needed.

Hello there Speedguide Team, how are you all?
It's me again ITALIAN_GUY_20. Once again, I am have a new connection, why can't I stay still with 1 connection only :P. I am back with Telstra Bigpond again, and I am on their Extreme Cable plan (which isn't extreme), the 17Mb/256Kb plan. And I was wondering if I could get your support in setting up my connection with the cablenut settings and also the TCP Optimizer settings, since I use both, gives it a bit more of a kick.

P.S. I have left you with the analzer test and a signal snapshot for extra help in organizing my settings. Here they are below.
