What could be the problem?,and i just had new replacement ram.

They vary by BIOS brands..but 1 then 2 or 1 then 3 is often video.
I'd reseat RAM and CPU also, unplug all other peripherals/cards except video..and put the back in one by one.

that sounds like a Ram issue.. take all but one chip out and try.. then swap them out till you narrow it down to the one causing the problem
Also look at the video card or cards.. I've had this same thing with both pcs of hardware before.

I decided to change mobos to A8N32-SLI,Asus told me they only recommended ordinary ram for the A8N-SLI Deluxe.Things are working well now.
