unable to finish a or complete a download.

Post by silkman »

I just builded myself a new system so everythign is fresh install. i'm using a onboard lan nForce4 built-in Gbit MAC with external Marvell PHY from a ASUS P5ND2-SLI Deluxe motherboard. Everytime i download something big like around 60ish mb i can never complete the download. The download would just stop halfway. My isp is shaw extream-I i'm using a linksys router.

However, It shouldn't be the isp cuz my brother and my dad had no problem and i also have no problem when i was using my old system. I did all the tweaks i can possibly think off but nothing work so i'm thinking is the onboard lan that might be causing this. Does anyone know or got any tips that can help me solve this? thanks.

Since you did not mention about low download speeds, I assume you have already tweaked your TCP stack.

Use this free download manager to help resume and complete your large downloads:
