Deleting mp3's according to playlist

Is there software that will take a playlist, compare it to mp3s in a directory, and delete mp3s that aren't on the playlist?

If so, that would be just awesome.
i'm going to become rich and famous after i invent a device that allows you to stab people in the face over the internet
