Ram timing

Hi guys I'am a benniger on this and I have ASUS A8N-SLI AMD 64 socket 939 motherboard,and a Cpu AMD Athlon 64 3700+San Diego 1Ghz Fsb 1 MB L2 cache socket 939.My motherboard spec of DDR rams accepts only PC3200 400mhz.Ok what rams with good timing are there for me to play games online? :thumb: :D Please need a tip on this. :rtfm:

I'm using crucial ballistix with what I have in my stats below..

ram timings don't mean a darn thing with amd64's.
Strap It On Whenever It Seems Appropriate
