I think i ****ed my ip up or something along that line because I cant connect on MIRC anymore or any other chat programs, aim, icq........and my dad cant access my hd thru our network......he says its because I changed my ip. We can both connect to the interenet still...any help is appreciated
What error does it give when it can't connect to an irc server or icq or whatever. Do you have a firewall? I assume you have a router/hub/switch which both you and your dad are connected to, plz specify which one it is. Can you access any shares on his computer? Are you sure that you still have a share on yours?
