mail.com "cant disply this page"

i hope i am at the right forum.i have a mail box at http://www.mail.com, for the last week , every time i go to this url i get " cant disply this page". then i run the ad-awer se, window washer, smart protector pro, spybot (ver1.2),reboot then it is ok. but if i go to another url and go back to mail.com i get the "cant disply....". i have to run all above programes before i can access mail.com again. i have no problem to brows the internet. have no problem to log on mail.com from another pc. appreciate your help
