Xp Sp2

Post by nuno vandell »

I keep seeing event 4226 in my event's list and there's always a message that pops up too. It usually happens when I'm using P2P programs. Does anyone know what this means? Or better yet what can I do to fix it? Someone told me it had to do with the XP SP2 and not having enough socket connections. If that is the problem, is there software that can fix it?

Well I just read this also and gave that patch file a try. Hopefully it doesnt mess things up to much. I did create backups of the original file and the registry file also just to be safe.
