well sorry about that 
never saw this running in my process area before. Google tells me its most of the time no big deal. But sometimes can be a worm. A ran a virus scan and found nothing. Also even went as far as to look for the file and scaned it and it said nothing. Iam kind of new to this sorry for the stupid questions Well its not running in the back ground as of right now though. Just kind of paying more attention about whats running in the back ground now. Learning more about security.
