i like the show, but i personally am not a big enough fan to buy all the episodes. i know some people who are though and can quote episodes daily like my history teacher, she'll say something from seinfeld every other day.

Not a huge fan but always love(d) the dry humor. I will definitely buy the set(s) after all the hardcore fans buy theirs, burn them and then send them out for resale.

6 months from now they will be half the price (at least).

I'd like to get them, Seinfeld is awesome....even though I've seen most of the shows, they still are funnier than most of what's on TV currently.

Anyone got opinions on which season was best? I just want to get one, and trying to decide which
Funny is when a fat lady walks around while someone plays the tuba. Once you've seen that, you'll never laugh at anything else. Except maybe a skeleton dancing around while someone plays the xylophone, which is almost exactly the opposite of a fat lady walking around while someone plays the tuba. Well, a skeleton is the opposite of a fat lady. But is a xylophone the opposite of a tuba? History will decide.

Out of the ones that came out today I'd say season 3. My favorite is season 5 though.

What are some famous episodes from that season? I forget the order..

My favorite would be the year they had the TV guide episode, with the finale where george does the opposie of his instincts, and him and elaine trade places

Whoops, didn't notice that your quote was technically referring to #5.

That's from 3. If you're just a casual fan, stick with 3. The show got off to a pretty rough start, and the "classics" are a little more rare than in later seasons.
