Car Speakers

I Cant decide which ones on i want so i was hoping maybe you guys could help me out cause i want some new 6x9 for my car please tell me if you have either of these speakers currently or had them and if you liked them or not

okay the choice is between these bostons
Boston Speakers 6x9

or these Polk Audio ones:

Polk Audio Speakers (Dont worry there cheaper on ebay i found some for 122 bucks w/shipping included)

Is this just to replace stock speakers? Or we talking about an entire system?

just to replace the stock speakers in my 1997 oldsmobile aurora cause mine didn't come with a bose system.......so i decided to replace them

Polk audio.

A friend has them in his car... sounds awesome and clean. I also heard some good reviews on the brand themself.

I would go with Polk audio for sure then. If we where talking about a new system i would have gone with kenwood. That is why i asked.

Gotta say I'm a fan of Boston Acoustics myself. Had some Polks too, and Infiniti Kappas. BA's are the best I've had for car and home.

IMO opinion,you could'nt go wrong with either speaker.

I'm with CommanderCOdy...both are pretty good, definitly miles ahead of the stock speakers.

Though personally I would go with Polk, as I used to have some Polk 6 inch speakers...excellent clarity...they are several years old, and i forget the model though.

also the most important part is...listen first if you can...as we can talk all day about what's best..but your ears are the true choice.
