Where the h3ll does some can't afford comment come from? Because my current 256 meg card can play it fine, I'm holding out rushing to get the first of this gen card out on the block? And since it's summertime, my time is prioritized on my Baja skiboat instead of gaming all day, so what good is a new card going to do me for the next 3 months?

You talking about your septic tank being redone. You said you were happy with your 9800 and with all the work on the tank and boat, you weren't gonna be able to have the highest end video card this time around. I know if you REALLY NEEDED it that you could afford it, but I just thought it was funny to add in :)

Yup it's done already.

Looking at new sport utes too!

And my real logic....when summer is over and I'm actually gaming again, ATI and nVidia will release their "version 2 tweaked cards" as they always do in the fall time, which will be even faster!

I've been reading a few reviews and the 6800GT is the card to get.

It's not much worse than the 6800 Ultra, and it's better than the X800 Pro.

Depends on the game but also the 6800s seem to be great overclockers!
