windows not loading right

Iam getting this screen alot with a black back ground. It says sorry for the inconvence but windows didnot load proberly. A recent hardware or software could of changed this. It gives me the choose to load it normaly or use the most recent settings that worked.

For starters try running chkdsk /r from the recovery console.

Overclocked?
If so use default settings and see if it helps.
