Post by Joe »

Bittorrent is where its at and ABC is the way to do it...

You can even cap the upload rate... tis up to you to find the torrents though

suprnova is the place to be ;) .. and ABC is one hell of a client... :thumb:
^^thats .org too

As for capping upload that has been implemented since Shadow's experimental client which was first released over a yr ago...

ohhh one more thing if you all like this stuff ,, support Bran Cohen he is the original designer of bittorrent... every client is based on his hard work....

ABC 2.6.8 uses the source code from bittornado where as 2.6.5 used shadow's experimental as the source code... I have been using ABC since its conception and ill tell you this i always peg my connection out 350k-400k takes about 5 min to get there but stays there.... so it has always worked for me so why switch???

All these clients are just front-ends for the original bittorrent aren't they...?

All these functions made available in the alternative clients (GUIs) are in the original bittorrent and accessible using switches (the upload cap for example, has always been there).
