clean and soft cotton cloth damp with clean water. dry/finish with a clean and dry cloth of the same nature.

don;t use paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). don;t use alcohol or windex or anything like that. most of that has some kind of solvent in it, which can damage whatever kind of coating(s) your screen has on it.

the best way is to spit on it. i say that because all the muff divers do that before they dive. i assume spit contains an enzyme which breaks down film and grime.

you will have to save up alot of spit i guess depending on the size of your monitor. I suggest keeping a cup by your computer and spitting in it when your mouth fills up and then when you have a full cup just splash it on.

hope this helps.

thanks
