maybe this one will actually get answered...

I have turned of my reputation..
well actually, I suppose it's still there, just not shown..

If I give someone else reputation does it add to theirs or not..since mine is not displayed

I knew they actually showed up...but didn't know if they got any value..

if you get a grey dot, it means it's from someone who has his turned off...but I was unsure if it still counted it (+) or not..
