Simply run adaware, spybot, ZoneAlarm, HijackThis, AVG, update windows daily, have a router, don't open e-mail, turn off action scripting, don't use P2P networks, don't violate EULAs, and wear a condom to get Windows secured.
People say Linux is alot of work!

This is from my parents computer, I was tweaking/usual maitinance/skinning it today. Sure runs a lot faster after all the tweaks.
They don't have aything for me to resize with.

All the menus are on auto hide, and the place with the running programs is transperent and always on top, of course, it leaves when no programs are running.
