I jux receive a security update cd from M$
and in it ... it include a eTrust EZ Armor Suite CD. I never heard of Ez Armor b4, so here am asking if anybody have experience good or bad w/ it and is it a good antivirus/firewall software? Any comment(s) is greatly appreciated. Thanks
P.S.
I have Norton 2k4 anti-virus and Sygate personal pro firewall... and how does ez armor compare to the one that I have?

I did a search earli about ez armor reviews and read about the firewall part that it was retapped from Zone Alarm and I've heard that ZA is not a good choice for a firewall as about the antivirus I have heard some good and some bad... so I do need more inputs from you guyz... It is so tempting to try it out rite now...
Thanks
Thanks

That's the case with everything, your never going to get a prefect product. There's always something wrong with it in someone's eyes, not to mention all the combinations of hardware it has to run on.

why don't YOU try it and tell US how it goes.

CAI's InnoculateIT/InnocuLAN used to be big in the corporate antivirus world. When you had a main server download definitions, and hand those out to all clients.
I used to use them often back a few years ago, but they've started declining in popularity, Symantecs Corp Edition, and McAfee's Orchestrator, taking over in popularity. I even used to use it myself at home, since they used to have a free version for home users, Innoculate PE or something like that. Was a free download for single workstation installs.
CAI's was one of the first to outsource their support to India a few years ago, I've suffered through it several times for their ARCServer backup software support, and once 2 years ago for their Innoculan when a top lawfirm in my area lost their server and a few workstations to a virus outbreak, another consultant did a poor job in the server and antivirus setup, they got hit hard. Rebuilt the server to get them going again for the week, ordered a new server because this one was rather outdated and had a bum hard drive, replaced Innoculan with Symantecs CE when I put the new server in a couple of weeks later, problem free!
I heard the MS update CD was coming with a firewall and antivirus, I was really surprised/disappointed to see CAI's product, I was expecting Avast or NOD32.
I have a friend who's a programmer for CAI to, down in Long Island NY, it's just...I don't like their product anymore.

It's not that I don't want to try it ... but I jux want to see input from othesr that has experience w/ it first.. if I have more good respond then I will likely to try it... but if I have all negative, of course I don't want all the junks in my registry, program files ...etc in my lappy.
