Ok, check the "Use Outlook Express 5 Plugin". To test if its working, restart outlook, send yourself an email and it should say at the bottom of the email:

Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
Version: 6.0.620 / Virus Database: 399 - Release Date: 3/11/2004

Or something like that. Good luck.

Hold on I'm looking for my previous post.

Ok, thanks to mnosteele.

AVG Universal Email Scanner

Download that, then click configure and it should find all the pop and smpt servers by itself. Select the account also. Hopefully this works.

When you start outlook hopefully you see Lanuch AVG in the toobar with send recieve all and send etc.
