Happy Birthday DH...
whos up for spankins?
Every normal man must be tempted at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.
I often wonder if the voices in my head ever get frustrated because I'm just too damn lazy to climb that clock tower.

Whoa......Thanks for all the well wishes!!!!
I'm the big 50 today. I don't feel any older than yesterday but a strange thing happened to me today at work....If I may share this story...
Not a lot of young people working for my company yet. It just keeps cutting off jobs........So..people retire and I keep working with the same "kids" I started out with 30 years ago.. We have two who work in our group who have less than 4 years in. They wanted to know how things were when we hired out.
It hit me...I'm the old fart now telling war stories......
Strange feeling....knowing I'm one of the guys that's training the new generation comming up.
Again, thanks for the well wishes! It's much appreciated.

50 years of age qualifies you as a state monument in Idaho, don't it
.
Here are some facts about
Uranus
Happy birthday John!!!
I want to learn more and more to see as beautiful what is necessary in things; then I shall be one of those who make things beautiful. Amor fati: let that be my love henceforth! I do not want to wage war against what is ugly. I do not want to accuse; I do not even want to accuse those who accuse. Looking away shall be my only negation. And all in all and on the whole: some day I wish to be only a Yes-sayer.
