It is all here - pic

After looking for almost a year I have finally purched the parts for my new computer.
Only things not shown is the LCD monitor, the DVD writer, and the CD writer.

Now all I have to do is put it together.

I so need to upgrade my computer. Alas, there is no money for that.

Can I live vicariously through you? :)

Looks good, blacklab.

Hi qbqall15j

I am putting in two, 200GB WD SATA's. Leaves more room for the DVD writer, CD and LS120.

Hi Burk

Got my eye on a new camera too. It will probably be my Christmas present to me.

The CD burner costs $80, the DVD burner costs $250 - why wear tge DVD burner out when it is not needed - also the CD burner burns a CD much faster.

That tells me that you have WAY too much money on your hands..

Feel free to send the difference between what your rig cost and the current balance in your bank account to me.. :)

Nice looking setup there blacklab! I'm slightly jealous.. Of course I'm an nvidia man, but hell, even I wouldn't turn my nose up at that system.. I like the HDD space you are going to have.. That's a lot of space.. Thinking of ripping your own DVDs / VCDs?

That box would be PERFECT for a PVR!
Simply run adaware, spybot, ZoneAlarm, HijackThis, AVG, update windows daily, have a router, don't open e-mail, turn off action scripting, don't use P2P networks, don't violate EULAs, and wear a condom to get Windows secured.

People say Linux is alot of work!
