SUSHI, lots and lots of raw fish on top of rice. Every friday I do this. White tuna is in season(toro is out sadly). And a big bowl of miso soup...nummers!

beer = non-digestible carbs the bad thing about beer is the calorie becasue most people drink and then sleep they never have a chance to burn the calories and Grimson is skinny as they come.

I dont worry about carbs..not sure why everyone else does. The thing about carbs is...if you just sit around and do nothing, then yeah...carbs are an issue, cuz if the carbs aren't burned (exercise or something physical) they are converted to sugars which are converted to fat.

BUT..if your somewhat active carbs are good for you.

That's why the Akins (?) diet is mainly for people who don't exercise. Think about... there is NO/LITTLE fat in white bread, it's just loaded with carbs. So after you eat....maybe do some situps, go jogging, ride a stationary bike while watching TV maybe...

Just my .02 or .03 :)

Sorry for the threadjack...I'm just sick of the carb bull****.

BTW...
3 PBJ's for me tonight, nothing special.

I know what ya mean...I'm sitting in front of the computer most of the time. Sometimes I have to get up just so I can stretch my legs out...I remember all my other jobs where I was standing for 8 or 9 hours a day. I like this much better. LOL
