Disconnect User From Your Host

Anyone know a program, tool that works to disconnect ip address from your connection. I host Sum of all fears once great while get some jack A@@'s joining my room. I have a program to get any ip address or use the ms-dos netstat-n to get list. But all said and done my dlink router only supports 10 ip blocks it's full. I have norton internet security 2000 but I really don't need to open that while I'm hosting.
