I thought it was my router, but i took t hat out....i thought it was my firewall and i shut that off. I still cant be pinged and i cant run line quality tests >_<. Any idea whats up?

Im on adelphia 3000/256 o_o. The test was in t he morning too. I know my adelphia has problems but in the morning it has no problems.

Check with your ISP - they may be port-blocking. I couldn't ping a buddy of mine on camcast in DC because they blocked it to prevent DoS attacks on their customers - at least that's what they told him.

Yeah my ISP blocks them now too...pings, and tracerts.

They just blocked the ICMP protocol
so that computer wont be pinged to death
