road runner caps upgrade
tryin to find out when indianapolis indiana area
caps will be raised for road runner cable
heard people say they goin up to 3mbits
anybody know when they goin to do this

Are you serviced by Time Warner or Brighthouse? And yes the caps are being raised to 3Mbps/384kbps and rumor has it that RR might upgrade upstreams to 512kbps, if you are in a Brighthouse area, they are moving extermely slow with moving caps higher.
Here in South Carolina Roadrunner has all ready moved to 3000 down but as you can see we are a little shy of that.

Indy is a Comcast Tech, not quite sure if he knows the plans of RR

That's pretty good and close to the cap if you ask me considering external factors like line condition and TCP/IP overhead.
