I heard a rumor that comcast was going to go to 3500 for Dwnld anyone heard of anything like this I heard it was going to be for normal cable internet . with out costing more
They have been testing network capacity to see if providing 3.5MB downstream is viable without providing it at a different cost tier. Many users have noticed increases in downstream data rates as a result.
This 'trial period' is set to end September 30th is my understanding.
