Flashing bios on new computer?

I have an IC7 here rev 1.0 and a new WD raptor, I read somewhere that I will need at least bio 1.3 for it to recognize the drive. Any ideas how to flash my bios from scratch? (would like to get bios15)

Download the BIOS from internet then put it on a floppy.

Boot up the computer with the floppy then I believe you can press some keys to get into BIOS flash mode. If anything fails just try and boot up in MSDOS mode.

Abit has a new program that you can flash your bios threw windows which i did. http://www.abit-usa.com/downloads/bios/flashmenu.php
