Hi All ,

I just d.led Cable Nut and i duno hw to use it ..
im blur to it .. can some1 help mi out ? thx alot ..

im using 512k connection ..Os=Xp Pro

hm .. i dun seem to be able to get onto step 3 .. i get to the link already .. but doesn't seem that i can get the test ..

step 4 : i tink im using ppoe as i nid to log onto the net everytime i got dc ..

step 5 : isp is singnet , wat it means by adevertised speed ?
normal uploading spd is 20+ 30 kb/s ..


step 6: im not onto firewall or router ..

sorri abt those i duno .. /me idiot on tis !!

i get to the link already .. but doesn't seem that i can get the test .. try the link below also are you u using zone alarm??? Norton firewall??

when i got into tcpip analyzer link ..
it just bring mi back to the home page .. it doesn't seem that it bringing mi to do any test or watever ..
and im not using zone alarm??? Norton firewall?? or watever ..

Try disabling xp firewall

Open cablenut and put thease vaules in the adjuster save to registry and reboot assuming u have 512 up and down if it's not 512/512 let me know.

download is 64kb
upload is 32kb ...

NO you should be alright cablenut has a revert to default don't do it unless u talk to me first.

I've never seen any cablenut settings mess up a computer, but if your "ultra-paranoid" then you can do it if u want, i never do

btw.. i just found out that .. the cablenut doesn't have the operatering system window XP .. it just have window 2k,98,95 ..
where can i chg to Window Xp ..?

Use win2k win2k and xp are pretty much the same thing as far as cabelnut for example for win2k and xp the vaules in cablenut are the same so don't worry aobut finding xp.
