yo i need help with my cable

yo i need help with my cable

:( yo i have just got a new computer hp 2.6 ghz 512 mb 120 gb hard drive nividia geforce 4 mx 440 and my problem is i use cable but my **** is going to slow i use to have a slow computer and it was going fast but on the new one is goes to slow i check my speed and my upload is 926 but my download is 139 is that why my **** so slow how can i fix it any help plaz

hmmm that freaking happened to me when i bought my new comp... my comp is the same as yours 2.66Ghz 512 MB of RAM 120gb hard drive but mine is a Sony VAIO i have the same graphics card u have... but the problem went away when i deleted some protocols i did not need... i only left TCP/IP
to do this go to ur networking connection in control panel--> then click on network connections then right click your connection then properties and then networking then under
"This Connection uses the following items:"
highlight each protocol u dont need and uninstall it.. but leave the TCP/IP one
... probably that should help :D

YO i did that but my only problem is that my download is to slow is there any way to change that ????? my upload is fast 937 but my download is only 137 wtf is there any way to change that ????

Hey man calm down SH*T im helping u out cuz i want to not cuz i need to!! i dunno wat else u can do... except to download TCP/IP Optimizer then click on cable modem then apply then restart
