Equilibrium one fine movie you may not have seen.

Post by deadzone »

Just picked this up at Best Buy over the weekend. I have watched it 3 times now and while the storyline has a little trouble staying together, I thought is one of the better movies I have seen in a long time.

Things that I liked about it:

The premise of the movie is fairly good although I feel it takes some from 1984, and Farenheit. It's beautifully filmed, just looks so good. The action sequences are in a word... BADASS. Lastly, this movie may possibly have the coolest line ever in a movie. Be sure to pay attention to that, you will know the line when you hear it! :)

If you haven't seen it, I certainly reccommend it! It's a fantastic movie that for some reason had only a limited release. Their budget was miniscule for making this film as well, falling right at the 20 million dollar mark. I don't even know if they made it back in ticket sales or not..... Sad really.

War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things: The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings, which thinks nothing (is) worth a war, is worse.

YES! I have heard good things about this movie. Some say it has the same punch as the Matrix. (as in the impact of the storyline)

Looks like a good movie. It earned only $1 million at the box office and is considered one of the big flops but for all the wrong reasons.

This is a joke, right? A movie that combines "Minority Report" with "The Matrix", but in a really bad way? Hahahaha...let me guess..."Kingdom of the Spiders" is on your top 10 list of best. movies. ever.

SILENCE!

When we want opinions from the cheap seats...we'll ask.

You're still bitter from the "Nemesis" fiasco.
