1024 kilobits or

128 kilobytes
or

0.125 megabytes or

0.0009765625 gigabits

If you cannot understand that then I cannot help you, it's basic math.

I understand, Just in case can you give me the stats in cablenut for a 10000kilobit per second connection

Incase of what? I'm wrong? The ONLY ISP I know of with caps of 10000 kilobits is OOL, as you have already stated your caps are 1000 kilobits. Your connection is maxed out, be glad your getting that close to your caps.

If you supposed to get a 10000kbps connection, you would be receiving more than 960down tweaked or not. Cablenut settings will not affect the download that much.
