1 Torrent Seeders
2 Modem Configuration
3 Virus in computer
4 Internet Plan - high speed upto a limit only

This is the compatibility issue. Router is not compatible with latest version of hardware. solution is to upgrade your Router.

Generally, The speed mentioned in the plan is the maximum speed which you can get on a Windows system. Test the speed on a Windows OS based system, if speed still remains the same, ask the Verizon about it.
