If you cannot boot from a CD..it's not corruption of the original hard drive C partition, as you're booting from the CD(optical drive).
If you boot from USB to install an OS, you can format from there in advanced options. delete exiting partitons, format 'em.

I am using FF 14.0.1 with Flash player 13.3.300.268 version now.

My ISP has a limit of 150GB per month and they charge $10 for the next 50GB. The problem is that even if we go few Kilo bytes above the 150GB limit, they charge $10.

I am trying to find out the plugin folder of Firefox 10.0.2 in Vista 32 OS.
Under the installation folder there is no folder by that name. And I didn't find it under the Profile folder either.
